Through my watercolor and dry media works, I try to explore the delicate distinction between my inner and outer worlds, driven by curiosity not sated through other avenues. As I confront the challenges of multiple sclerosis, art serves as a refuge where I can engage in the process of exploration and discovery of ever-evolving chaos.
Rather than expecting to find resolution in this chaos, my artistic practice contributes to an ongoing dialogue with the unpredictable world it comprises. Each piece becomes a reflection of this journey, embracing the uncertainty and unpredictability as integral elements of the creative process.
I also enjoy simply making nice images — especially when that seems enough.
